William A. Watson, 81, of Forest Park, passed away on October 25, 2022. Mr. Watson was a retired iron worker with Union 387. He was a long time member of Forest Park Moose Lodge. He loved reading and Atlanta Braves baseball.
Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Bro. Shane Roye of Harvest Baptist Tabernacle will be officiating. Interment will follow at College Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends prior to service beginning at 11:00 am.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bryan Watson; parents, Winston & Edith Watson; brothers, Charles and Ralph Watson; sister, Linda Padgett. He is survived by his son, Chris Watson; sister, Marie Goins; grandson, Randy Watson; great grandchildren, Phelan Watson and Konnor Watson, numerous nieces and nephews, long-time companion, Barbara Screven.
