Walter D. Bryson

January 26, 1941 — November 3, 2020

Walter Dee Bryson, 79, joined his wife, Linda Bryson and his son, Dee Bryson in Heaven on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. A native of Cullowhee, NC Walt was the son of the late, Lyman and Martha Ellen Bryson. He moved from NC to GA to work at the Ford Company. He worked there for many years until he became a brick mason. He later retired from brick masonry to babysit his only granddaughter. 

Walter Dee is survived by his his only daughter, Brandy Bryson of McDonough; grandsons, Devin and Hunter Bryson; his only granddaughter, Daesia Wood. He was loved by his three great granddaughters. He was eagerly awaiting the birth of his only great grandson who will have the middle name "Walter" in honor of his great grandpop in Heaven.

Walt was a very proud member of the Jonesboro Masonic Lodge as well as the South Fulton Shriners. Momma used to always fuss because he would never his wedding band, but always wore his Shriner's ring. He will be missed by many.
