Virgil Junior Jones

Virgil Junior Jones, a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Left this world peacefully on March 19,2025,at the age of 75.Born on March 24,1949, in Bowling Green Kentucky. He was the tower of strength of his family. Always willing to help other, he would give the shirt off his back to help anyone.

As a young man he fell in love with his wife Patsy Jones whom they shared life and love with for 56 years. He soon became a soldier in the United States Army where he served for two years in Vietnam and exited service as a Sergeant in 1971. Soon after leaving the military they started a family having four children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Virgil also was an excellent employee at PPG Industries working there for 36 years where he eventually retired to comfort and leisure. Virgil was always a hard-working provider for his family. He will surely be missed by his family, loved ones and friends who loved him tremendously; Never to be forgotten.

Virgil was predeceased by his parents and 4 siblings and 1 great- grand child. He is survived by his wife Patsy, his 4 children Lisa (Junior) Wilson, Jeanette (Freddie)Bowman, Pamela (John) White, Casey (Shannon) Jones, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and friends. He will surely be missed by many and remembered with cherished memories.
