Gregory "Greg" Lamar Reeves

Gregory L. Reeves (65) Born and reared in Atlanta. 

For the last number of weeks Greg said repeatedly, “I want to go Home”. Early June 13, 2024, Greg went to his eternal home with the Lord!

Greg had a keen interest in various hobbies and pursuits. He found joy in trivia, civil war history, photography, the great outdoors, and camping adventures. His enthusiasm for learning and exploring different subjects endeared him to many friends and family members.

Greg was a graduate of Liberty University and Cross Keys High School.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rufus (John) and Marion Reeves. Greg is survived by his brother Jeff Reeves; niece Brittney Cleveland and her husband Mac; nephew Scott Reeves; great-nieces Reed Cleveland and Gresham Cleveland; along with many cousins and friends who will cherish his memory.

Greg will be remembered for his kind heart, adventurous spirit, and love for storytelling through film and photography. His warm presence and sense of humor touched the lives of all who knew him. May he rest in peace knowing he made a positive impact on those around him.
