Donna "Lee" Wilson

Donna Lee Wilson, (Nana) , 67, of Forest Park GA, passed away October 2, 2023. Funeral service will be held Monday, October 9, 2023 at 12:00PM at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors. Reverend Steve Bishop officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 12-3PM.

Donna was a member of The Rock Baptist Church. She had a long and dedicated career, working for over 30 years at Eckerd/Rite Aid. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, including spending time at the beach, tending to her big back yard, pops garden, and watching her favorite birds.  Above all, she cherished the moments she spent with her family.

Donna will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Paula Wrye (Shannon) and Dana Wilson, as well as her son, P.J. Wilson (Jill). She will also be remembered by her sisters, Sandra Humphries and Nancy Edwards (Kenneth), her brothers, Edward "Tony" Middlebrooks (Nettie Lou) and Stephen Turner (Cleo), her grandchildren, Austin, Avery, and Drew; and several nieces and nephews

Donna was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Paul David Wilson, (Pop), as well as her parents, Charles Edwards Middlebrooks and Leah Ann Forsyth,  her sister, Linda Middlebrooks.

Donna left a lasting impact on the lives of those who knew her, and she will be remembered with love and fondness.
