April Nicole Dumas

April Dumas, 36, of Marble, NC, passed away on August 18, 2020. A graveside service will be held at Sherwood Memorial Park on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 2:30 pm.  The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12 pm - 2 pm. Mrs. Dumas was loved by her husband, children, and family and was especially close to her brothers, Winford "Bubba" Griffin, III and Christopher "Butter Dumplin'" Griffin. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. She loved her family and they loved her.  Her family describes her as outgoing and loved by everyone.  She will be truly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Winford M. Griffin, Jr. and grandmother, Mable Kemble. She is survived by her husband, Robert Christopher Dumas; mother, Rhonda J. Whitton; daughter, Abbigail Mable-Jean Dumas; son, Jayden Lee Dumas; brothers, Winford Griffin, III and Christopher D. Griffin; half brother, Anthony Skip Griffin; half sister, Mandi Evirae Griffin.
