Katie Bell Oxner

Katie B. Oxner, 93, of Forest Park, passed away on January 10, 2017 at her home. Katie was born on January 9, 1924 in Union County, Arkansas to the late John William Russell and the late Katie Hayes. She was preceded in death by her husband, William N. Oxner and two siblings. Katie is survived by her children, Linda Kay Wilson, Terry Lynn, Michael, Mary Ellen; daughter-in-law, Nancy; grandson, Robert Wesley Wilson and his wife, Karen; great grandson, Caschton. Services will be held in our chapel on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11:00am. Rev. Bill Scarborough will be officiating. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens.
