Mary Ann Jernigan "Polly"

Mary Ann Jernigan, "Polly", of Forest Park, passed away on July 22, 2016. Services will be held in our chapel on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 1:00pm. Dr. Murray Edwards will be officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will be accepting friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8pm. She is survived by her husband, Gene Jernigan; daughter, Faye Leatherwood of Forest Park; son, Charles Jernigan(Glenda) of Ballground; 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
