Franklin F. Friend

Franklin F. Friend, “Frank”, age 63, of Temple, Georgia, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015. Born in Oakland, Maryland, he was the son of the late Lester Friend and Lila Crane. Services will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in College Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5~8pm. Mr. Friend was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sandra Friend. He is survived by his brother, Larry Friend (Debbie) of Mayo, Florida; sister, Martha Friend of Mayo, Florida; sons, Doug Craig (Angel) of Griffin, Georgia, Randall Friend (Mandy) of Douglasville, Georgia; daughter, Dee Walls (Gene) of Temple, Georgia; his beloved grandchildren, Nicholas Friend, Laurel Friend, Autumn Walls, Jasmine Walls, Tyler Fann, Catherine Craig, and Evan Craig.
