Martha Lucile Haynie Phillips

Martha Haynie Phillips, of Forest Park, passed away on April 12, 2015. A service will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Sherwood Memorial Park.The family will be accepting friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5-8pm. She is survived by her daughter, Dena Brelsford of Rowlett, TX; son, Perry Phillips, Jr.(Janice) of Winston; sister, Judy Shiver of North Georgia; grandchildren, Tracie Cole of Hiram, Wes Phillips of Bremen, Hunter Brelsford of TX, and Josh Brelsford of TX; great grandchildren, Jeb Bullard of Hiram, Parker Cole of Hiram, and Naomi Brelsford of TX, numerous nieces and nephews. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Forest Park.
