Phyllis Smith, of Lake City, passed away on April 19, 2014. Services will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 11:00 am. Rev. Mike Conaway will be officiating. Visitation, Tuesday from 5-8pm.She is survived by her son IV Smith (Cindy) of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Charley Smith (Julie), Nicole Smith, and Zac Smith; great grandchildren, Taylor and Avery Smith, several nieces and nephews.
