Navarre Harcourt, of Forest Park, passed away on March 14, 2014. A service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 11 am. The family will be accepting friends Monday evening from 5-8 pm. He is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Betty Harcourt and his daughter, Madelaine Overall. Survivors include his daughters, Janet Tippens (Randy) of Forest park and Susan Cavanaugh (Steve) of Riverdale; sisters, Hazel Alexis, Elsie Benton, and Ann Bradford (Brad); brother, David Harcourt; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
