William Franklin "Frank" Archer

William Franklin Archer, 12/14/30~2/8/14. Services for Mr. Frank Archer will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors, Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Bro. Jason Nix will be officiating. Interment to follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will be accepting friends prior to service from 11-1. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Albert Archer and grandchild, Kyle Franklin Harding. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Miriam; son, Joe and his wife, Linda; daughter, Myra and her husband, Kevin; brothers, Terry and Jerry; sisters, Joyce Davis, Helen Mayby, and Mary Jo Hill; brother in law, Dumah Shaddix and his wife, Patsy Rose; aunt, Barbara Favors, 5 grandchildren, Brent Archer and wife, Paige, Chris Archer and wife, Margie, Robbie Cobb, Amber Traver and husband Herb, and Ashley Loomis and husband, James, 9 great grandchildren, Hunter & Bryson Traver, Kylie Loomis, Andrew, Coleman, & Jonathan Archer, Amellia, Lily, and Nolon Archer. A host of nieces and nephews. His children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family were his earthly treasures. His church home was First Christian Church of Forest Park, Ga., where he served as Elder. Frank was self employed at Frank’s Outboard Service for 60 years, located at Shaddix Marine.
