Nazgul Williams of New York, New York passed away on July 17, 2013. Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Nancy Morgan and Bishaop Samuel Azaria to officiate. The family will be accepting friends, Saturday from 12-2 pm. Interment to follow at Lawnwood Cemetery in Covington, Ga.
