Barbara Fincher, of Rex, passed away on May 6, 2013. A service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Interment to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.Visitation, tonight from 5-8 pm.
