Melton Lamar Bowen

Melton Lamar Bowen, of Stockbridge, passed away on January 22, 2013. He lived most of his life in Georgia and was the owner and operator for Best Printing in Morrow for over 25 years. He played tennis competitively in the area and his humor and quick wit was loved by all. He was a wonderful husband to the late Betty Bowen, Father, and community member. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Bro.Doug Lawson to officiate. A reception will be held following the service at The Clubhouse at The Meridian, across the street from 165 Meridian Dr., Stockbridge. Survivors include his daughter, Joy Camille Glenwright of Greenbrae, CA.; son, Michael Bowen of Stockbridge; grandchildren, Matthew Thomas Glenwright, Nicole Camille Glenwright, Jacqueline Lois Glenwright, several nieces and nephews.
