Dorothy "Dot" McGinnis, of Conley, passed away on November 21, 2012. A service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors, Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 2pm. Rev. Jennifer Tigner will be officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Survivors include her daughter, Becky Register (Gene) of Conley; sons, Harold McGinnis (Elaine) of Jonesboro, David McGinnis (Linda) of McDonough, Joe McGinnis (Grace Ann) of Hampton; sisters, Bet Fowler of Lake Weiss, AL, Freddy White of Dalton, Charlotte Yarbrough (Harvey) of Ringold, Antoinette Finister (Harold) of Canberra, Aus., 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
