Mr. Charles E. Cooper of Morrow passed away September 6, 2012. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors with interment to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Pastor Kenneth Swygert will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm prior to service. Mr. Cooper was a retired brickmason. He was preceded in death by sisters, Ruth Jones, Margie Swaney,Dorothy Day and Ula Cooper; brothers, Frank Cooper, Walter Cooper and Willie Cooper and is survived by his wife, Barbara A. Cooper; daughters, Brenda Gail Jones (Lawrence), Forest Park and Sheila Hogan (Wayne), Palmetto; brother, Gene Cooper. Lincolnton, NC; grandchildren, Stacy Swygert, Brandon Jones, Tiffany Parks, Courtney Hogan and Jeremy Hogan; great grandchildren, Danielle Swygert, Kenneth Swygert, Jordan Greene, Emma Bennett and Gracie Bennett; several nieces and nephews.
